Non-Returnable Products:
At Flavour Fiesta, all products purchased through our website are generally non-returnable due to the perishable nature of food items. Once delivered, food products cannot be returned or exchanged in order to maintain hygiene, safety, and quality standards. We request customers to review product details carefully before placing an order. However, customer satisfaction remains important to us, and we are committed to addressing genuine concerns.

Damaged or Incorrect Items:
In the unlikely event that you receive a product that is damaged, defective, incorrect, or expired, you may request a refund or replacement by contacting us within 24 hours of delivery. To help us assess the issue, please share clear images of the product, outer packaging, and invoice (if available) along with your order details via email to support@fiestaflavour.com. Our team will review the request and take appropriate action after verification.

Customer Support:
For any concerns, queries, or dissatisfaction related to your order, you may reach out to our Customer Support Team via email at support@fiestaflavour.com. Our team will assist you with refund or replacement requests for eligible cases involving damaged, defective, incorrect, or expired products. All requests must be raised within the specified timeframe to be considered valid.

Order Cancellations:
Order cancellation requests can be initiated by emailing support@fiestaflavour.com. Cancellations are accepted only before the order is dispatched. The ability to cancel an order depends on the current processing status. If the cancellation is approved, the full order amount will be refunded to the original mode of payment. Once an order has been shipped or is ready for dispatch, it cannot be cancelled.

Refunds Policy:
Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 working days from the date of approval. Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method used during the purchase. Please note that the time taken for the refund to reflect in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment service provider. The management’s decision regarding refunds, replacements, and eligibility will be considered final and binding.
